Personal data processing policy
1. General provisions
This policy outlines the order of processing of personal data and security measures of personal data of SIA InCube Rīga (hereinafter – Operator).
The Operator sets as his prime objective and condition of the implementation of his activities is the observance of the rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen during the processing of his personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.
This policy of the Operator in relation to the processing of personal data (hereinafter – the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator can receive regarding visitors of the website http://incube-riga.eu.
2. Main terms used in the Policy.
Automated processing of personal data – personal data processing using computing facilities;
Blocking of the personal data – the temporary termination of the processing of personal data (except cases in which the processing is necessary to clarify personal data);
Website – a set of graphic and information data, as well as computer programs and databases, ensuring their availability on the Internet at the network address http://incube-riga.eu;
Personal Data Information System — a set of personal data contained in databases and technologies and technical means which ensuring it’s processing;
Depersonalization of personal data — it is actions as a result of which it cannot be determined without the use of additional information whether the personal data belong to a specific User or another subject of personal data;
Personal data processing – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with the use of the automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;
Operator – a public authority, municipal authority, legal person or individual, independently or in association with other persons organizing and (or) implementing personal data, as well as determining goals of personal data processing, the composition of personal data subjected to be processed, actions (operations) committed with personal data;
Personal data – any information related directly or indirectly to a specific or definable User of the website http://incube-riga.eu;
User – any visitor of the website http://incube-riga.eu;
Provision of the personal data – actions directed at disclosing of the personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons;
Distribution of personal data – any actions directed to disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons (transfer of personal data) or to awareness with personal data of an unlimited number of persons, including public disclosure of personal data in the media, placement in information and telecommunication networks or access to personal data in any other way;
Cross-border transfer of personal data – transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to the authority of a foreign state, foreign individual or foreign legal person;
Deletion of personal data – any actions that as a result leading to the personal data being irretrievably destroyed with the impossibility of further recovering the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) as the result of which the material carriers of the personal data are destroyed.
3. Operator can process following personal data of the User:
Family name, Name, Middle name;
Email address;
Phone numbers;
Also on the web site is occurring the collection and processing of anonymous data about visitors (including cookies) using Internet statistics services (Yandex Metrika and Google Analytics and others).
The above data is hereinafter referred to as a Policy, merged by the general concept of Personal Data.
4. Purpose of processing of the personal data
The purpose of processing User’s personal data is to inform the User by sending e-mails.
Also the Operator has the right to send notifications to the User about new products and services, special offers and various events. The user can always refuse to receive informational messages by sending an e-mail to the Operator to the e-mail address info@incube-riga.eu with the note “Refusal to receive notifications about new products and services and special offers”.
Anonymous data of the User, which collected by using Internet statistics services, are used to collect information about the actions of Users on the web site, improve the quality of the web site and its content.
5. Legal basis for the processing of personal data
The Operator processes the User’s personal data only in case if it is completed and / or sent by the User independently through special forms located on the web site http://incube-riga.eu. By filling out the particular forms and / or sending your personal data to the Operator, the User agrees with this Policy.
The Operator processes the anonymous data about the User in case it is allowed in the settings of the User’s browser (including the saving of cookies and the use of JavaScript technology).
6. The order of the collection, storage, transfer and other types of personal data processing
The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of the legal, organizational and technical measures which are necessary to fully implement the requirements of the current legislation in the scope of the personal data protection.
The Operator ensures the safety of the personal data and takes all possible actions to prevent access to personal data of unauthorized persons.
The personal data of the User will never, under any circumstances, be passed on to third parties, with the exception of cases related to the execution of current legislation.
In case of identification of inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator to the Operator’s email address info@incube-riga.eu with the note “Actualization of personal data”.
Time of processing of personal data is unlimited. The user may at any time withdraw his agreement to the processing of personal data by sending a notification to the Operator via e-mail to the Operator’s email address info@incube-riga.eu with the note “Withdrawal of the agreement to the processing of personal data”.
7. Final clauses
The user can receive any clarification regarding matter of interest related to the processing of his personal data by contacting the Operator via email info@incube-riga.eu.
